I process refunds manually, usually within two working days. It then takes your bank whatever your bank takes — normally 5–10 days.
This policy sits on top of your rights under UK consumer law, it doesn't replace them. Digital products bought online normally come with a 14-day cancellation right, which you waive on instant access — so this 180-day policy is considerably more generous than the legal minimum, deliberately.
